Intelligent Choice of WNY does not limit/meter bandwidth on sites at this time,
however we reserve the right to limit transfer rate on sites as well as limit transfer
rates on sites where the bandwidth usage is excessive to load-balance our network.
This is to ensure that all users get equal bandwidth.
Certain fees may apply to setup and installations. These fees will include domain
registrations and account setup at a minimum of $20.00. These fees will be explained
to you prior to completion of registration. Setup and activation may take up to
two business days to complete. Some account setups may require a deposit; this will
